Channel Update Slates:

ID 1850 Channel Update  -  Information Slate.

ID 1851 Channel Update  -  Information Slate.

ID 2020 Channel Update  -  Information Slate.

ID 2055 Channel Update  -  Information Slate.

ID 2057 Channel Update  -  Information Slate.

- The subscription pack codes used for the previous appearances of these slates were removed.

- Subscription pack codes added for the relevant TNT Sports packs etc and also a "PSB" override.

Adding the TNT Sports subscription codes would make sense if Virgin only wanted these slates to be visible to the relevant subscribers. The override codes should make them visible to everyone, which seems odd. Further changes to come perhaps.
