This duplicate is considered to be unsafe as it conflicts with the original record. 

The original record contained the Asian Mela subscription pack code, the new one has no codes.

As both records exist simultaneously this could cause unpredictable results. This is a pre-launch configuration, which could be tidied up at, or before, launch.

- 0x86 records added to each of these services, this type of record is believed to be deprecated and has only been used recently for Sky Sports (SptsETV) red button services. 

These spurious additions appear from time to time and are usually removed by Virgin TV a short time afterwards.

  

Subscription "channel code" records added:

ID 2343  VEVO '90s & '00s  -  FAST Channel Portal - Internal Networks Only (service removed - 30/10)

- Subscription channel code records added to these services, this type of code is believed to be deprecated and most of these services are markers with no associated channel, so wouldn't need subscription codes.  
These spurious additions appear from time to time and are usually removed by Virgin TV a short time afterwards.
All of the above, except VEVO '90s & '00s had the records removed on May 20th when Virgin TV removed remnants of these old codes from most services where they still existed.
All cleared by 30/10/2025

- Subscription pack codes were added to Test 2 & Hidden 42 which are an internal service on a private transport stream with no public access and an inactive transport stream marker which would not be expected to have subscription packs linked to them. The inactivity marker also had a subscription override code added.

- The subscription codes added to the VEVO FAST service pre-launch configuration were removed and replaced with a deprecated override code. This service has not yet been added to customer facing networks.  (service removed - 30/10)

These spurious additions appear from time to time and are usually removed by Virgin TV a short time afterwards.

A clean-up exercise by Virgin TV removed subscription code records from many placeholder, popup and inactive services on May 20th, which led to the removal of the record from Hidden 24.  

 

SDT root flag records changed:

ID 2200 Test 1  -  Internal Networks Only

ID 2201 Test 2  -  Internal Networks Only

ID 2213 More BBC Radio  -  Subscription Level Check

ID 2267 Content Test 1  -  Internal Networks Only 

#  90042 Hidden 42  -  Inactive Transport Stream Marker

- SDT root flags for the above were changed from not running and encrypted to running and encrypted, most of these are things like subscription level marker services, so these flags aren't really appropriate.

These spurious additions appear from time to time and are usually removed by Virgin TV a short time afterwards.  

These records haven't been updated since.
