Channel 839 - ID 1912 Islam Channel Urdu

- The audio stream has been removed

- The video stream has been replaced with a static video slate announcing the closure of the channel. 

- The closure slate shows the announcement: "We're sorry... Islam Channel Urdu is no longer available."

There are no changes to the NIT or SDT at this point.
