The remaining services have been given new names.

 

 

NIT Linkage:

There were multiple changes to the configurations, not listed here as NIT Linkage / OTA firmware updates etc are beyond the scope of this blog. Also, as there are hundreds of changes, explaining the changes would be onerous.

A quick summary, SIDs 10069 DL1_CiscoTiVoCompass & 10071 DL3_SamsungTiVoYundo are the only services with active configurations. Presumably, SIDs 10070 & 10072 are config. free to allow for the possibility of future updates.

It wouldn't be Virgin TV if the changes didn't come with what appears to be an error. Bristol 1 network has a NIT Linkage configuration on SID 10073. As can be seen above, SID 10073 has been removed from the SDT.

Tivo Hardware Support Streams:

The PMTs & data streams were removed from SIDs 10009 to 10012, 10065 to 10068 and 10073 to 10076 during Wednesday. NIT and SDT data was left in place. 

Service Removal:

This placeholder service has been removed after preserving recordings for 103 days. 

Any recordings will no longer play.

- Subscription Pack FTV Override Codes have been applied, making these channels available to all customers. 

Horizon data indicates that extra subscription pack codes have been added on these boxes, which don't support override codes, again making the channels available to all customers.

The override codes has also been added to SONY SAB HD even though this channel is already available to customers on the basic channel packages.

The service name has been updated with the HD suffix in line with other ITV channels on Virgin TV
