Several former Sky Sports red button services removed from the SDT after being dormant for a long period, these were removed from the NIT some time ago.
Service Removals - End of Service Placeholders:

This placeholder service has been removed after preserving recordings for 358 days, exceeding the usual 3 month retention period.
Any recordings will no longer play.
TSID 22 - SID 2225 - ID 471 BBC Radio 4 LW - Placeholder.
This placeholder service has been removed after preserving recordings for 550 days, exceeding the usual 3 month retention period.
Any recordings will no longer play, although without the end of service flag it is possible that these wouldn't have played anyway.
Note: The above observation was from the end of the day on October 23rd, no checks were made earlier in the day or late on October 22nd so an accurate time for the change is not available.
