Cable Delivery Service Changes - Traditional Cable Boxes:

In theory, beyond the scope of the blog, but Transport Stream 101 has been removed in most London areas. The exceptions being London areas also carrying supplementary BBC ONE services on channel 858.

 

London areas with TS 101 removed:

Bromley, Haringey, Hayes, Hersham, Lewisham, Seven Kings, VM Paddington & Watford.

Guildford (Farnborough), Hemel & Luton in ex-NTL areas

 

London areas retaining TS 101 for alternative versions of BBC ONE South East: 

Basildon 1/3/4, Crawley & Croydon.  

 

Other internal networks in the BBC One London coverage area, used for pre-launch configurations etc., have not removed TS 101:

NGRHEE Bromley, TTA Bromley DMC (Bromley RHE) & TTA Knowsley DMC (Hayes_RHE)

 

This is different to the treatment in Scotland, where a fully vacated TS 101 remains in the SI configuration.

 

 

New Internal Services - Pre-launch Configurations - Update:

IDs 2401 to 2410  PreProd Test1 to PreProd Test10  -  Internal Networks Only

- Added to the NIT of remaining networks.
These services do not have elementary streams and their function has not yet been established.
"Inactive" in this configuration means the services are hidden from the EPG.
