ID 2419  Demand Drama  -  FAST Channel Portal - Internal Networks Only

- Short EPG Name: DemandDrama 

- Added to TSID 8 SID 850 on traditional cable networks.

- Pre-launch EPG slot allocation - channel 236. Channel numbers are subject to change.

 

For both of the above regional services: 

- Flagged as the Entertainment Genre.

- Hidden from the EPG - Hide1 flag added.

- HD flag added.

- SDT root flags show that the services are not running and not encrypted.

- Subscription code segments had not been added at the time of the analysis.

- Added to 4 internal networks often used for pre-launch configuration.

Channel Closure - hidden from the EPG:

- EPG slot changed from channel 405 to internal channel 2405 - releasing channel 405 for reuse. 

The closure message slate has now been hidden from the EPG.

 

 

Pop-up service being updated for reuse:

- Made visible on the EPG - Hide1 flag removed.

- EPG slot changed from internal channel 1897 to channel 526. Channel numbers are subject to change.

- SDT root flags show that the services are running and encrypted - encryption added.

- Added to 4 internal networks often used for pre-launch configuration.

This service is not visible on customer devices as it is not currently included in the NIT of customer facing networks.

Note that monitoring took place very late in the day on May 13th, it is possible that some of these changes were actually scheduled for May 14th but updated early by Virgin Media.
